PRICE LIST FOR SERVICES

PACKAGES OF OFFICIALS

COMPLETE OFFICIALS PACKAGE — $2200 plus travel fees per official, and lodging (if needed)

This includes:
  • 3 certified judges
  • 1 event commissioner
  • 1 timekeeper
  • 1 referee
  • 1 cage inspector

INDIVIDUAL OFFICIALS

  • Judge — $250
  • Commissioner — $600
  • Referee — $750
  • Timekeeper — $100
  • Cage Inspector--- $200
  • Additional official positions offered upon request
  • Cage rental now available!!!

Officials' Travel fees: $.50 per mile round trip per official

 

Weigh in only — $300. (4 hour time frame - $50./half hour for any time exceeding 4 hours)

Weigh in service- A commissioner will come to the venue to organize and run the weigh in. He/she will record weights and provide all paperwork including: medical forms, competitor release forms and fighter information sheets.

 

Event Consultation — consultation services start at $300.

Customized consultation services are available depending upon services required.

Consultation services may include but are not limited to:

  • Assistance with questions regarding State Commission and/or Sanctioning Body requirements
  • Database including names and contact information for
    • licensed physicians
    • professional announcers
    • fighters/fight camps
    • trainers
    • managers
    • State Athletic Commissions
  • Combat Consulting Sanctioning 
  • Cage rental companies
  • Establish event timeline

SEMINAR FEE STRUCTURE

Custom seminars are available. Please contact Combat Consulting LLC directly to quote your particular needs.

Semi-Private Seminar- This NEW service offers an opportunity for small groups to customize their education. Please contact us for more information. 

Sponsor Hosted SeminarThe sponsor of a privately hosted seminar will be responsible for providing the venue and has no restrictions regarding the number of attendees.

This seminar includes:

  • 6 hours of classroom instruction
    • 3 hours for judges
    • 3 hours for referees

Cost: $2500 plus travel expenses paid at $.50 per mile and lodging, if required.


Regional seminars — hosted by Combat Consulting LLC at a pre-arranged venue with dates and times to be announced.

    Regional pre-registration seminar fees are as follows:
  • Officials seminar (overview of all official's responsibilities) —$75, *$100.
  • Judges — $100 (approximately 3 hours) *$125.
  • Referees — $175 (approximately 3 hours). *$200.
  • Combination — Judges and Referees — $200 (7 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break. Lunch NOT included), *$225.
*An additional $25 fee will be assessed for walk up registration

Judges:
Powerpoint presentation covering the following:
  • Judges' criteria
  • Review of scoring criteria
  • 10 point must scoring system
  • Review of various rules and regulations
  • Points of judgement
Referees:
The referee's seminar will cover the following:
  • Body position
  • Mechanics for referees
  • Physical and verbal commands
  • Dealing with medical issues
  • Challenges that arise during bouts will be discussed

 

TRAVEL FEES — HOSTED SEMINARS

Local travel (less than 600 miles round trip) for a maximum of 2 instructors will be assessed at $.50/mile plus accommodations, if required.

All travel expenses for a maximum of 2 instructors including air fare, hotel accommodations, and rental car will be required for hosted events farther than 600 miles round trip.



Payment for all services is to be made by cashier's check, money order, or cash only.

A $500 deposit is required for all services to hold a date or when the event date is booked. The balance of all services is due 7 days prior to the event. Travel fees will be paid to each official upon their arrival to the event.
